Sasha Anastasov is a producer and DJ from Dnipro, Ukraine. He defines his own style without hedging: space disco, an attempt to render weightlessness in four-four.

His earliest trace online is a DJ chart on Juno dated January 2011. From 2013 his name starts appearing on other people's records, at first as a remixer.

His own record arrived in 2017: the EP Uno Motif on the German label Dikso Records, two tracks — DCBT and Drama Strings.

Then came a run of four singles on London's SuperDuperSoul: Orion Rising, Ballon Way with a vocalist billed as Max, Interstellar String Ensemble and Martin. Each of them drew a remix — from Ross Couch, Sebb Junior, Pete Herbert.

Closing that same circle was the single I'll Make Everything Alright / I Was There, again with Max, this time on Nurvous Records, the nu-disco offshoot of New York's Nervous.

One of his tracks also landed on Ibiza Poolside, the Toolroom compilation mixed by Satin Jackets.

His work at home deserves its own line: he remixed Ya khochu by the Ukrainian band gurt [O].
