These terms explain how the ONE//FM internet radio station and its portal work, who owns the material you see and hear here, and who is responsible for it. By using the site or listening to the stream you accept these terms.
1. What ONE//FM is
ONE//FM is an internet radio station and its portal: a round-the-clock stream, music news, artist pages, an events guide and track selections. Listening and reading are free. Some features — comments, track ratings, saved items — require an account.
2. Who owns the material
The music, release artwork, artist photographs, videos and other material you see and hear on the portal belong to their authors, performers, labels, photographers and other rights holders. The station claims no rights over this material and does not pass it on. All responsibility for the content, origin and lawfulness of such material rests with its owner.
3. Music on air
The stream consists of works broadcast under current agreements, with payments to the collective management organisations for communication to the public. Recording the stream, copying it, retransmitting it or using it commercially without the written consent of the rights holders is prohibited.
4. News, quotes and sources
The portal’s news rests on primary sources: artists’ own posts, official statements, publications by other outlets. We name the source and link to it, and we quote only as much as is needed to understand the story. Responsibility for the content of a quoted post or statement lies with whoever made it.
5. Photographs and illustrations
Artist photographs are taken from official sources — press materials, official pages and websites — and credited to the author or the source wherever it is known. If you are the photographer and believe an image is used improperly, write to us: we will remove it or add the credit it needs.
6. Rights holder notices
If you are a rights holder and see your material on the portal published without your consent, write to the station address given in the site footer. Say exactly which material it is, link to the page and confirm your rights. We will review the notice and, where required, take the material down as quickly as possible.
7. Your account
When you register you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for what is done under your account. One reader, one account. You may delete your account at any time; your comments, ratings and saved items go with it.
8. Comments and conduct
A comment is your own opinion, and the person who wrote it answers for it. We remove comments containing insults, threats, calls to violence, incitement of hatred, advertising or spam, and anything contrary to the law of Ukraine. The station does not edit comments: we either leave them as they are or take them down.
9. Availability
We do everything reasonably possible to keep the stream and the portal running around the clock, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service: planned and unplanned outages, failures at our providers and force majeure are all possible. The station is not liable for the consequences of such interruptions.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The current version is always on this page and the date of the last update is shown at the top. The law of Ukraine applies to the relationship between you and the station.
