This policy explains what personal data ONE//FM internet radio processes on its websites, why and on what basis, how long we keep it, who else may receive it, and what rights you have. We act in line with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is ONE//FM internet radio. For anything to do with this policy, write to the address given under "Contact" below.
2. What we collect
Account: the name and email address you enter yourself. Newsletter: your email address and the language version of the site. Your activity: comments, track ratings, saved tracks, stories and events. Site statistics: which page was opened and when, which website you came from (its address only, without the path), browser language, device type, browser and operating system, and the country and city determined from your IP address. Player statistics: when the stream was switched on and off, how long it played and which songs were playing. Site search: the text of the query, the number of results and the browser's technical identification string (user agent). We do not store the IP address itself. We do not collect data about health, political opinions, religion or any other special categories.
3. Why we do it, and on what basis
We process your account and the actions linked to it to perform our agreement with you — so that you can comment, vote and save what you like. We send the newsletter on the basis of your consent, which you give by subscribing and may withdraw at any time. We keep site, player and search statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest — to understand what people read, listen to and look for, so that we can make the station better. We show advertising on the basis of legitimate interest, and personalised Google advertising only with your consent where the law requires it (section 10).
4. How long we keep it
Account data — for as long as the account exists. Delete the account and we delete the comments, ratings and saved items linked to it. Your newsletter address — until you unsubscribe. Statistics and search records — for as long as they are needed to analyse how the station is doing. They contain no IP address: a visitor is marked only by a daily code computed from the address, the browser and the date together with a secret key. The code changes every day, so visits on different days are not linked to each other, and the code itself reveals neither an address nor a person.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data or pass it to advertisers. We use a hosting provider, the Cloudflare delivery network through which every request to the site passes, and an email delivery service; they process data on our behalf and are obliged to protect it. The country and city used in statistics are determined by our own server from the DB-IP address database — your address is not sent anywhere for this. Google, which serves part of the advertising, receives data directly from your browser when an ad loads (section 10). Data may be disclosed at the lawful request of competent authorities.
6. Cookies
Our statistics work without cookies: visitors are counted by the server, and at most a marker of the current listening session stays on your device, disappearing with the tab. Technical records the site cannot work without remember your language, your sign-in, your vote for a track and the state of the player. Google AdSense, which serves part of the advertising, sets its own cookies. The full list, and how to control it, is in the Cookie policy.
7. Your rights
You have the right to know what data of yours we process, to receive a copy, to correct anything inaccurate, to have it erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent to the newsletter. To use any of these rights, write to us. We answer within thirty days. You also have the right to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, or to the supervisory authority in your EU country.
8. Security and changes
We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss and unauthorised access. If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page, and we will announce any substantial change separately.

10. Advertising
Advertising on the portal comes from two sources. Our own ad server sets no cookies, builds no reader profile and passes none of your data to advertisers: the country used to choose an ad is determined by Cloudflare at network level, and the advertiser receives only an anonymised report — how many times the ad was shown and clicked, by day and country. Google AdSense ads are loaded from Google's servers, and Google sets its own cookies and processes data about your device and your interaction with ads under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown Google's certified consent request, and without consent they are not shown personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the foot of the site, and adjust Google ad personalisation at myadcenter.google.com.
