This policy explains what personal data ONE//FM collects, why and on what basis, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. We act in line with the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Personal Data" and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is ONE//FM internet radio. For anything to do with this policy, write to the address given under "Contact" below.
2. What we collect
Account: the name and email address you give us yourself. Newsletter: your email address and the language version you signed up from. Your activity: comments, track verdicts, saved tracks and saved stories. Technical data: anonymised page-view and listening statistics, device type, referring source. We do not collect data about health, political views, religion or any other special category.
3. Why we do it, and on what basis
Your account and what you do with it are processed to perform our agreement with you — so you can comment, vote and save what you like. The newsletter is sent on the basis of the consent you give when subscribing, which you may withdraw at any time. Anonymised statistics are processed under our legitimate interest in understanding what is read and heard, so we can make the station better.
4. How long we keep it
Account data for as long as the account exists. Delete the account and we delete the comments, verdicts and saved items tied to it. A newsletter address until you unsubscribe. Anonymised statistics in aggregate form, with no link to a person.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not hand it to advertisers. We use a hosting provider and an email delivery service, which process data solely on our instructions and are bound to protect it. Data may be disclosed on a lawful request from an authorised body.
6. Cookies
We use technical cookies the site needs to work: they remember that you are signed in and which language you chose. Analytics cookies are used in anonymised form only. You may block cookies in your browser settings — some features will then work in a limited way.
7. Your rights
You have the right to know what data of yours we process, to receive a copy, to correct anything inaccurate, to have it erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to withdraw consent to the newsletter. To use any of these rights, write to us. We answer within thirty days. You also have the right to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, or to the supervisory authority in your EU country.
8. Security and changes
We take technical and organisational measures to protect your data from loss and unauthorised access. If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page, and we will announce any substantial change separately.
9. Contact
For anything about data protection, write to the station email address given in the site footer.
10. Advertising
Advertising on the portal is served by our own ad server. It sets no cookies, builds no reader profile and shares no data with advertisers. The country used to choose relevant advertising is resolved by Cloudflare at the network level; we do not store your IP address for it. An advertiser receives only an anonymous report: how many times a banner was shown and clicked, by day and by country.
